I visited this branch in Southall after a friend saw them on social media. I had the spicy dipped chicken burger which was so tender and well seasoned. I’m not really a big fan of chicken burgers but this one hit the spot. The location was good and the premises was clean and comfortable. The staff were also polite and friendly. Will definitely visit again at some point

Came on a date with hubby, place was clean and welcoming staff. We ordered the regular chicken burger box and spicy burger box with boneless wings. The chicken burgers were really tasty, tender and juicy chicken BUT not the same as shown on tiktok (The chicken is slimmer) but don’t let that put you off as it’s all about the taste! Chips were like McDonald’s fries but even tastier! I wouldn’t change anything about the burger and fries. Also the boneless wings were really tasty! On point with the flavours and the crispy batter. The karak chai was so tasty, a good touch! And for desserts the cookie bomb was really good! Served with ice cream too. We really loved our visit and will definitely be visiting again.

2 butter milk chicken burger 2 chips for 9.99. I thought maybe its too good to be true, BUT I WAS WRONG. These were the single best chicken burgers I've ever had in my life. The lady at the counter was very nice. Get the dips you won't regret it. The 3 unlimited refill drinks was needed.

I was really looking forward to this as the Manchester spicy dipped burgers had disappointed me. We got a double spicy dip burger, smash burger, buffalo tenders, buffalo loaded fries and spaghetti bolognese. Nothing disappointed!! This place is definitely what London needed. Spicy dipped burger was flavoursome, burger bun was not soggy. The meat/chicken patty to bun ratio was excellent they are larger than the buns. We’ll definitely be visiting again. Also played street fighter for 1 that goes to charity!! Cannot go wrong!!!

Great and quick service, food was 10/10 so delicious. We ordered the chicken tikka pizza and spicy chicken burger meal. Would definitely recommend.

Regarding our recent visit for the fourth time at Heyman Food Arcade Southall, the food, service, and atmosphere yet again not only fulfilled, but exceeded all our expectations for a relatively new restaurant, especially in Southall! Our menu order again consisted of the ‘Unlimiteds’, only available on the days listed in the photo section below. We came on a Wednesday so had unlimited chicken with chips for 9.99, but if you’re bringing a child with you, they have a special offer for the ‘Unlimiteds’ if they’re under 12 - 5.99! The picture on the poster, however, deceives you in many ways: Firstly, it is not just one type of wing, they have a LOT of different options to choose from, including, but not limited to spicy dipped, mango habanero, Nashville, and many more that I’m sure even I haven’t tried yet. Second, and perhaps most important, the pic tells you that it is a bite size meal; well, I’m here to assure you that it is, in fact, quite the opposite of that! You get approximately about 5 wings in each beast of a plate, and remember it is unlimited, so you can eat to your desire! But, the ‘Unlimiteds’ are not the only thing Heyman Food Arcade has to offer. They have Biriyani, burgers, milkshakes, and signature boxes. Also, if you’re visiting here in Ramadan, they have a wide range of food available for Iftar, most notably the ‘Iftar Box, which consists of dates, falafels, any chicken burger, fries and a drink, topped off with a dessert of baklava. I work for a major energy company. I'm from Manchester originally and work out of area often. I had the opportunity to visit the Heyman Food Arcade today in Southall. I tried their spicy chicken burger meal. It was amazing. The bun to meat, mayo, sauce ratio was just on point. The spice was just right. The fries were nice and crispy, better than Mc D. The fizzy strawberry drink was something else . I met The man himself while I was onsite. Such a genuine, honest hard working individual. The prices were very reasonable for london, not much different than Manchester. I will advise you all to try the food here. It was Heyyyyyyy Man!!! Parking was available directly outside.

Visited the Southall branch at lunch time on 29th Jan 2025. Had the Heymac burger which was excellent! The Korean bbq burger was also good! Also tried the Nashville chicken which I would rate 7.5/10. Definitely makes a difference when you eat fresh at the restaurant. Overall the food was very good and am looking forward to going back to try more of the menu especially the peri-peri grilled chicken.
